PAYMENT AND OTHER REMINDERS
Any reminders that you set will be displayed here, along with any associated dates or details.
You can act on and update any of the reminders by clicking on the text link preceding them. Some of the major reminders are:
Overdue: Are usually reminders for budgeted items. Can be either specific bills nominated as “Remind + then you pay” or any budget item with a specific reminder set to remind a certain number of days before payment is due.
Cheque related: Arise when either a cheque that was supposed to be stopped is presented on your statement, or the cheque is presented for a different value that wrote it for. You should resolve these issues with your bank.
Register (and wallet) related: You can mark transactions to remind you to do certain tasks e.g. Being reimbursed for work-related expenses. These reminder options include:
Remind After date - displays a reminder after the set date.
Warranty Reminder - allows you to set a date for purchases covered under a warranty. You might want to be reminded of when the warranty on an item runs out, so that it can be repaired or replaced whilst still within warranty if needed.
Disputed Transaction - set a reminder for a disputed or incorrect transaction so that you will remember to resolve the issue.
Extra notes - allow you to set any extra notes for a transaction.
PROGRAM OPERATION
Details the state of your accounts in relation to the program, and any action that is suggested.
Stale import suggests that your transactions are not up to date. Importing a new statement will resolve this.
Uncategorised suggests that you have uncategorized transactions in that account. Naming and categorizing all transactions will resolve this.
